Been there a few times over the years and every time I experience that if you are there without riding clothes the service is not as nice. Last time I asked for an item and without even looking at my phone she sneers at me and says it is only available online. When I then point out that it should be in stock she looks at the phone and shows me where it is. There are probably nice people who work there but I have only encountered less nice ones.
