The whole experience from booking to finished book in hand to look at with tears in my eyes was fantastic. The contact before booking was super good and really inviting with excitement and joy from both sides. When a problem arose on my part that made the first booking impossible, we were able to quickly fix a new day. All I wanted was for the album to be finished and sent home before Christmas Eve. And it was! The photo shoot itself was a very easygoing and fun thing with a fun atmosphere and lots of laughter. And I relaxed in a completely different way that really shines through in my photos. Jane was absolutely brilliant with this! The photo viewing was very emotional for me because I got to see my beauty in a completely different way. And as I fell in love with all the photos and had such a hard time choosing any. The album was absolutely fantastic to see in person before I wrapped it as a Christmas present for my partner. And his surprised reaction when he opened and went through it was unforgettable. I will 100% book Jane again and will never go to anyone else. Here's a loyal customer!
Väldigt dålig service när man försöker ringa för att sätta undan en vara innan stängning inför imorgon, för att kunna ge en fin namgivar present, så klickar dem bort en, gång, på gång, på gång! Hinner inte ens få ett pip in innan …
Very poor service when you try to call to put away an item before closing for tomorrow, to be able to give a nice name-giving gift, they just click away again, again, again, again! Don't even have time to get a beep before the answering machine goes off! If I didn't need it tomorrow I would have driven to Lund who were so kind and pleasant and answered if they had the item.
