I am very disappointed with this optician. I bought a three-year subscription and three pairs of glasses for a lot of money. They promised a lot, but delivered almost nothing. They were supposed to notify me before the last month so that I could change my lenses one last time – but they never did! I didn't get any reminders at all. When I made an appointment myself, they said I had missed my chance. I paid a lot of money but didn't get what I was entitled to. Don't buy a subscription here – the service is disastrous!
