I have a bad experience with FastighetsByrån in Torsby. They are not supportive on the moment that a situation occur. I had some troubles with a transaction from another bank, so I had to pay a couple of days later then the contract date (what was mentioned oral before we signed the contract). But on the moment they day was there they asked directly for the money and put two different employees on it to make sure that they would get there money. In my opinion unprofessional and not respectful. A real money driven company you can say. So make sure you have everything ready to buy your house because they are not helping you at all!
