Unpleasant experience/Terrible host I booked Villa Weibull for my family for five nights. It was their first time in Sweden and I wanted them to have a comfortable and safe place to stay, however they had an unpleasant experience. Since the first approach, the host, Thomas, treated us in a disrespectful and rude way. He sent us passive aggressive emails since we started coordinating my family ‘s arrival. Once they arrived to the accommodation, he continued behaving insolently to the point where he made us unbearably uncomfortable and unsafe. Due to his behavior, my family had to relocate to other hotel after just one night of stay. When we asked for a refund for the days my family didn’t spend at the accommodation, the host denied to give our money back. In all of my travels across the world, I have never been met with such an egregiously arrogant level of disrespect by any host. It’s Thomas and any other host’s job to make us feel welcome and even more importantly safe. As customers, we along with other guests deserve a lot better than this and have an inherent right to be treated with respect. If you visit Lund, please do yourself a favor and do not book this unpleasant place.
