The most serious thing for me is security: there has been a theft from my car in the garage. After this, my sense of security disappeared completely. I expected quick and clear handling and concrete measures to reduce the risk of it happening again, but what I have experienced is a slow and inadequate response. I have also seen clear signs of drug use in the property and in the garage, and this has been reported to the police. That such things occur in one's living environment is extremely stressful and creates an unsafe everyday life for the residents. But what really made the situation untenable was during the Christmas holidays: I was left without heat. For about two weeks I received no proper action, no real feedback and no effective help. I was forced to live in freezing temperatures in Stockholm and became seriously ill. It is completely unreasonable that a tenant should be left without functioning heating during the winter, especially without serious management. In addition to this, the cleaning and waste management are disastrous. The garbage is left in different parts of the building and the garbage room/waste room is in a condition that I can only describe as unhygienic and undignified - it feels downright inhumane. Overall: high rent and high costs, but low quality of management, security and basic living standards. I recommend that you be very careful before choosing to rent in Brokvarteret in Järfälla and that you talk to the residents and visit the area at different times. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sveaviken PM here. Overall: high rent and high costs, but low quality of management, safety, and basic living standards. If you are considering renting in Brokvarteret (Järfälla), be extremely careful—visit at different times and talk to current residents. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sveaviken PM's management here.
