The laptop was warm after a night and wouldn't turn on. I disassembled it, checked the motherboard, it seemed OK. Generally, the 2 previous "experts" knew without looking that the motherboard had to be replaced. Here, it was accepted professionally, checked and the diagnosis was of course the same. The next day I had to go back to my country, I decided to disassemble it and put it back together again and shock, the motherboard healed and it works without any problems to this day. Generally, it's very strange. But the opinion for specialists is absolutely right. Here I decided to give one star because at least they didn't demand money for "expert" advice and unlike their predecessors, they at least had working printers to issue a confirmation of receipt of the laptop. But in the end, it's still a shame... I don't understand the answer, this is absurd. If you didn't check the computer, why did you send the info that you did? Your "professional" diagnoses are worthless at the moment... I simply don't recommend it!
