As a German dealer who has bought and installed hundreds of suspension systems there for customers, I can only say that this is the worst company ever, and I've been exclusively using Koni suspension for the past year. They're slow, no one is reachable, delivery times are long, they're inflexible, delivery delays are significant, promised quantities aren't met, invoices are wrong, deliveries are incorrect—you can't find anything that works there. Even a partially good product is useless with this kind of company policy!
