1/5 isnt low enough. We ordered a bouquet for our wedding in February, double checked it a month before our wedding, they couldnt find the order so we remade it, my Wife had a bad gut feeling so we went there Thursday to double check (Wedding was saturday.) Took some time but they eventually found the order. Our wedding was at 14:00, the flowers where supposed to arrived at 13:00 so she could hold them during our photoshoot, they arrived at 13:15 at wich point we where already with the photographer taking photos. At 13:50 we're back at the church and see the flowers for the first time. They are completely wrong, the bouquet has the wrong shape, wrong colors and even a white band even though we specificly asked for a Dark green. Roses where supposed to be Dark red, we got white, Everything was wrong. My corsage was also wrong, wrong colors and was massive, i couldnt even fit it in my pocket. We called her incase she was close by and accidently delivered the wrong flowers, she started yelling and gsslighting us, telling us It what we ordered etc. We went back there today to get a refund cause we're not paying for something we didnt order, She has the audacity to argue with us, lie to us and gaslight for over 40 minutes about how she payed alot of money for the flowers she delivered and it wasnt her fault but her employes, she finally gives in and refunds 950 of the 1450 SEK we payed. I will never ever set my foot in this store again. The owner is an abusive, gaslighting woman who tries to blame her employes and ex-workers. Go somewhere else, its not worth it.
Förväntade mig medioker burgare och en god öl, fick istället en top 10 burgare med riktigt goa pommes till! Kalas bra mat! Långt över förväntan!
