At first glance, Vapiano looked promising — spacious, lots of tables, the kind of place where you think “Ah yes, this will be nice.” Same as in Estonia, Lithuania etc were we have visited Vapiano - one of our daily place to eat. Oh, how naïve we were. We sat down and immediately spotted a lonely slice of pizza on the floor, just… living its best life. It stayed there for our entire visit, like a tiny mascot reminding us of what once was. Then came the cleaner, who approached the table next to us with the enthusiasm of someone washing a car. He used so much liquid that it started dripping onto the table like a small waterfall — and then he just walked away. No drying. No wiping. Just vibes. We ordered one pizza, two pastas, and drinks. Naturally, the first thing we received was… the pizza. Not the drinks. Not even a “they’re on the way.” Just pizza, delivered with the confidence of someone who believes beverages are optional. Pizza were okay, as usually! We asked about the drinks, and the waiter assured us they would be brought to the table. Cute. Next came the pastas. And oh boy. The spaghetti and linguine were so overcooked they could’ve doubled as soft noodles for toddlers. Zero taste, no salt. Same standard as my wife can cook at home. The carbonara sauce was missing in action, and the ham was playing hide-and-seek. I ordered a spicy dish and received exactly one (1) tiny slice of red pepper. Not spicy. Not even mildly annoyed. By the time we were almost done eating, we still had no drinks. I went to ask again, and surprise! They had no idea we even ordered them. Thankfully, I had the receipt in my email like some kind of restaurant detective. Only then did the drinks finally appear — a true plot twist. The highlight of the visit? The toilets were clean. Truly spotless. Michelin-star level compared to the dining area!
Mycket nöjd med Viktoria Negrejevas arbete, allt gjordes i tid och utan problem. Jag kommer definitivt att använda 1Office Sweden AB:s tjänster i framtiden och rekommenderar dem till alla.
