Bought a phone incl. subscription here at the end of last year after being recommended by their staff in Ullared. The staff in Ullared were very nice but I couldn't get help with my case there as my partner needed to be present because we have a family subscription in his name, hence the visit to Kungsbacka. There we entered a store without staff and stood for about 15 minutes before a guy entered. He told me that he had been eating lunch. It felt very strange to us that a store had been left completely unattended like that and didn't give a serious impression. We actually felt like going but had already made the effort to get there and didn't feel like we could drag our tired children to a new place. Anyway, we changed our subscriptions a bit, bought a phone and I switched from one operator to another so that we could gather the whole family in one place. Only the contract I got felt extremely frivolous. The staff wrote their own document and printed it out which contained a lot of spelling errors. At the top of the document was “info note”. The document ended with the staff’s name and workplace, again with the misspelling “kungsmessan” instead of Kungsmässan. A child could have written a better document. Cellect was supposed to cancel the old subscription, but it wasn’t done so I got double invoices. Even the number change that was supposed to happen automatically didn’t work. It took a total of three visits and several phone calls back and forth before everything was resolved. Since buying the phone I have experienced problems and now I have tried to go to the store several times during their opening hours to get help with this. Each time the store has been closed. There is no information on the door about why it would be closed, when they will reopen or anything. When you call, you go straight to voicemail. Yesterday this happened again so I went around to nearby stores to ask if they know anything about the Cellect store. My concern was that they might have gone bankrupt. I heard from staff in several other stores that Cellect doesn't seem to have gone bankrupt but that they don't really understand what's going on there. According to them, they seem to be open a bit anyway and the staff come and go as they please. They don't have regular opening hours and are only open occasionally with no logic to the opening hours. Staff in other stores have been asked about Cellect several times by other equally confused customers like myself. This is one of the worst things I've ever experienced and I can't believe they are allowed to keep their premises when they behave like this. I have contacted the Royal Fair about this to make them aware that they have a store in the shopping center that is misbehaving. I will also contact 3 (our mobile operator) to say that they should not have Cellect as a retailer/partner. I don't know what else to say other than DON'T GO HERE!
