Called and after a short wait, got to speak to a friendly soul at the Uppsala office. He promised to get back to us within five minutes to see if someone could come to us; holiday times can affect the availability of on-call staff. Within five minutes we got a call back and we were told that electrician X would get back to us in the afternoon, but an hour later X called. On site within half an hour. Electrician X had to use his problem-solving skills and fixed our (turned out to be several) problems! I don't know what the bill will be, but it seems worth it; now we have the water pump running again (have our own well)! Worth gold!
