I was at Forex on November 29th around 3pm and wanted to buy dollars. I have a Forex card and have shopped there before, but I was treated very badly. The customers before me didn't need to show a ticket, but I was suddenly forced to show a printed paper plane ticket. I said I had the ticket in my email and that I was going to Beirut, but they still refused. They refused to help me without a paper ticket. This is not the first time I have been treated in a rude manner at the same office. I give the service a big minus and really hope you improve how you treat customers. Otherwise, I will unfortunately tell my friends to avoid Forex.
