Poor and unprofessional treatment. I have rarely felt so poorly treated in a situation that requires respect, empathy and understanding. They are characterized by irritation, arrogance and indifference. It feels like their main priority was/is to maintain control and dominate the conversation rather than to support and guide. The tone was cold, sometimes passive aggressive and it was difficult to understand that this is a person who has chosen to work with death and therefore relatives. It takes something very special to fail both humanly and practically at the same time, they succeed. I wish I could say that it was an occasional bad day - but this was unfortunately a consistently unpleasant experience. I sincerely hope that no one else has to stand in a vulnerable situation and be met with the same cold wall.
