At the end of January I contacted the company by email where I filled in what I wanted help with. They replied that it was ok to help me. They asked for a time and I replied as a suggestion on 19/4. I received no response. Yesterday (14/4) I contacted them to arrange a time and received a response from Sara that there were no bookings from me. I then emailed over our correspondence and received a response that I had to contact another company as we disagreed about the booking! No other suggestion about time and place. My contact has been customer service. I would like to contact the CEO but cannot find an email or phone number for him. His name is Johan Leffler.
