I went in for a simple stone chip repair, but the experience was beyond frustrating. The technician inspecting my windshield found another tiny chip near the edge—so small it was barely visible, just a tiny dot. Instead of leaving it alone, he started picking at it with a screwdriver, making it worse. Then, he told me they had to fix both chips, but because the second one was too close to the edge, they couldn’t repair it. And since they couldn't fix that one, they refused to fix the original chip either, citing their “fix all or nothing” policy. Their only solution? Replace the entire windshield. Absolutely unacceptable! My windshield is practically new, and I came in for a simple repair, not an unnecessary replacement. What’s most disappointing is the lack of real service. Why is it that more and more service providers ignore what the customer actually asks for and push something else instead? This felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine attempt to help. (I gave one star, as it's impossible to give zero)

I've been regularly servicing my car here for the last few years, always with my material - oil and filters that I buy on Internet. The price was good, the service quality was good, and they stamped my service book. When booked a service the last time, my expectations were the same. This time, they warned me that they can service the car, but can't give me any warranty if I buy the material myself. I accepted that, as the price offer was twice lower than at dealers garage (for instance at Bilia Group) and my car is more than 10 years old, so why would I need a warranty. (Also buying exactly the same oil and filters on Internet is more than 30% cheaper). However, I was very negatively surprised when, they also refused to issue proper invoice stating the work that is done and refused to stamp the service book. Only marked the items that were changed. Now the service book looks like I have put the marks myself. On the invoice it states car wash and reconditioning. I still think: 1) when a customer pays for a service, the service provider must issue proper document stating exactly the activities performed on the car. If they like, they can put a note that customer provided the material. 2) The service provider must be responsible for the work, regardless it's done with theirs or customer's material. 3) The service provider must certify by stamp in the service book the mileage and the list of activities performed. Without stamps and proper document, how can I prove to potential buyer that this service is done at all. Come on guys, what's wrong with you compared to before? VERY DISSATISFIED!!!
