We really want to warn about this rogue company. Promises big and keeps thin. Missing deliveries and excuses that cost us a lot in both time and money with zero benefit. Low quality of work performed and very late to respond. Also does not take responsibility for the errors that have occurred and uninterested in handling customer complaints in a serious way. We have two years of patience behind us, but now we just want to try to avoid having to do with Smart Produktion, but not easy to even end. Warning that the websites they produce are impossible to export/take over if the contract ends. So you are locked into continuing to pay for their services if you do not want to start over from scratch and very difficult to get a sensible handover of what we have developed together. So do not believe anything they promise or say!
Vilken superservice när jag hade punka på moppen och Stigs cykel & Fritid hade rätt slangstorlek i välsorterat lager och dessutom lånade ut verkstaden för oss att laga! Trevligt och perfekt butik!
