We enjoyed a week in this wonderful house! Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from Carine and Toon, such lovely people! There were four adults and two children, and the cottage had plenty of room for everyone. They truly thought of everything; from a jar of salt to a hand mixer, and from snowshoes to an ice drill. You name it, and it was in the cottage. The cottage is situated at the foot of a hill overlooking the lake with sunshine almost all day long. We were lucky enough to have a thick layer of fresh snow, and we were able to spend whole days sledding, ice fishing, and cross-country skiing. We also enjoyed the sauna in the cottage and hot chocolate with marshmallows by the outdoor fire pit. Due to a mix-up, our car didn't have a 4x4, so we had trouble getting up the hill. Toon came to our rescue immediately! He helped us several times with the tractor to get back up. What excellent service! We look back on a fantastic stay and recommend it to everyone!
