Not easy to do business with.1) Technical queries not answered promptly. 2) After we order, not always told if some parts are on back order or not. 3) Very poor communication especially with finance. 4) No hand over to an alternative member of staff when the staff member goes on holiday without warning. Our project and deadlines are not stopping just because one of our important suppliers is "unavailable" to help with orders for 3 weeks of Swedish summer "silly season". 5) Delivery note details do not always marry up with what part number that was ordered. 6) Deliveries hit and miss, not informed of any delays. Basically a nightmare supplier. Currently we only attempt to get parts from Ahlsell if no one else has the parts...Want that to change? Make an effort like we have to to keep OUR customers. Don't lie to me, don't leave anything out, don't make me look an idiot. Keep the customer informed. These are our principles in business.

Only place open in Olofström we could find on midsummer with visitors entow from England. Serving take away and in house food to grateful hungry guests when nearly all Sweden stops for a well earned break to mark high summer. Thank you for looking after us.
Unfortunately service has dropped off a cliff again. This morning I can't decide if the staff are incompetent or have lied to me. Perhaps someone from ICA will reach out and tell me who has my package that the SMS from Post Nord says has been delivered twice in a row.....avoid this lot until they get their act together.
Suprisingly attentive an helpful staff (for Sweden) not met with the indifference we usually seem to get in Motorcycle stores in Sweden. Walked off with reasonably priced leather trousers, jacket and Helmet. Many thanks chaps.

Very very disappointed. I have been waiting for a new internet connection since July 2023. We are told by others it can take up to 2 years. It is a sad shame, because I have been a customer since 2019. The fiber is actually now in place at building but still no connection. It's coiled up covered in snow. I wish, as an electrical project manager, I could make my customers wait for months for service. Their representative said they only have 1 guy who can do fibre! They could ask us as we have qualified fiber personnel on our team! Does anyone know who in politics in the kommun is responsible for allowing this company a monopoly here in Olofström? Väldigt mycket besviken. Jag har väntat på en ny internetuppkoppling sedan juli 2023. Vi får veta av andra att det kan ta upp till 2 år. Det är synd, för jag har varit kund sedan 2019. Fibern är faktiskt nu på plats vid byggnaden men fortfarande ingen anslutning. Den är ihoprullad täckt av snö. So we go in and specifically check when each bin has to be out for collection. We are given the wrong information and still get a faktura! I wish I could charge my customers for doing NOTHING. Abysmal service.
No motorcycle, moped or covered bicycle parking places. Car park slopes significantly making parking motorbikes difficult. Otherwise good grocery store.
Most home DIY stuff on the shelf. Very helpful staff. No marked moped or motorcycle bays in the car park
3rd generation family business. As with any used car place, take a fine toothed comb and a poker face.
Bra värde reparationer och service. Fick de här killarna att byta kamrem och vattenpump på två av mina volvo och fixade ett problem med en tredje volvo. Mycket nöjd med priset och servicen. De föredrar att prata svenska, men de förstår emellertid lite engelska. Good value repairs and service. Got these guys to change the cam belt and water pump on two of my volvos and fixed a problem with a third volvo. Very happy with the price and the service. They do prefer to speak Swedish, but they do between them understand some English.
Huge amount of dead mopeds ...you should be able to find any part for a moped sold in Sweden the last 15 years....scrap motorbike parts too.
Very disappointed with these people. Invoice does not match the time breakdown, weeks go by, phone calls not returned, no one available, people off sick, our case is not a priority. All emails and documents from them are available to confirm this. They appear Lazy and useless, for us this was a complete waste of time and money. Never again.

Good industrial electricians. Specialist industrial controls working. Best in the area.
The only way to deal with these guys is to go in and eyeball them. As with everything vaguely official in Sweden, they are a nightmare to deal with when they screw up. No one returns phone calls or letters. A shower. In England they'd be the subject of rogue traders.
Expensive but good. Probably the best restaurant in town. Unfortunately, had an odd experience when I went in with my Hungarian friend. Suddenly the welcome seemed a bit frosty.
Best hot chocolate in town. Typical Swedish service....slow. But if you're not in a rush, it's worth the wait.
Good lunchtime haunt. Popular with local engineers. Swedish and English spoken and understood. Polite staff, very good food.
