I hired Täta Tak for both solar panels and window replacement. My experience is divided: Solar panels: Everything worked very well here. The work went smoothly, no strange things, and the result was exactly as I expected. Window replacement: Unfortunately, I was not satisfied here. The work started two weeks earlier than planned, took about two months to complete, and several things were left behind. For example, the downspouts remained for a month and I had to remind them several times before they were fixed. A sheet metal on the roof was not replaced because the company considered it was not included, even though I had ordered a fixed price for a complete job. At a window where AC hoses went through, the window was replaced without considering the hoses - the result was that they now hang loose and I had to hire someone else for an expensive special solution. I chose Täta Tak over cheaper quotes because they felt serious, but my experience is that you have to read the quote extremely carefully. Even though I asked for a fixed price for a complete job, several points were left unanswered with the explanation "it was not included". I have also contacted ARN, who pointed out that the company could have been clearer about what was included, but since it was not specified in the quote, the decision was in the company's favor. Summary: Solar panels: very good Window replacement: poor planning, incomplete delivery, and a feeling that the responsibility falls on the customer rather than the company taking overall responsibility. Do not recommend this company at all, a lot of headaches.
