Jobbar strukturerad, berättar om vad han gör, kommer med förslag och städer efter sig. Dessutom en trevlig peson som gillar en kopp svart kaffe då o då.
Fallängetorp är en riktigt bra plats för ett teammöte. Tillsammans med min kund – en ledningsgrupp på 6 från Nederländerna – stannade jag och arbetade här i 2,5 dagar. …

Fallängetorp is a really great place for a team meeting. Together with my client – a management team of 6 from The Netherlands – I stayed and worked here for 2,5 days. We stayed at the “mellangården” cottage which has 6 rooms. You can stay upp till 12 persons, we used 5 single and one double room. There is a living room which we used as a conference room. It makes the atmosphere somehow more relaxed. Much better compared to the boring conference rooms I’m normally in. All the necessary equipment such as whiteboard and beamer are available. Fallängetorp is located at the countryside. It gives you the opportunity for outdoor activities. No cars, a tractor every now and then. No disturbing city noises and the only people you meet are the farmers family. And they do really understand hospitality and hostmanship, which is so much more than just service. They are on spot before you even think you might have a question. Friendly, always a smile and they make you feel at home. The food. Yes, the food is wonderful. Using only ecological ingredients from their own garden and the ones nearby, it feels like they use magic to prepare great meals. Anitha, who prepared all the breakfasts, lunches and dinners for us, surely knows how to cook. And, this is Sweden, the Swedish fika was excellent with home baked cakes and cookies. The last evening, we did a cooking-workshop which was fun and resulted in a great dinner. It was a wonderful ending of not only a very productive meeting but also of a great experience staying at a farm. Next time I will most certainly recommend my other clients to organise their team meeting at this wonderful place!
