Edited comment based on the response from the "owner": I have therefore contacted SEB who themselves confirmed that this collaboration was about a WRITTEN valuation. SEB has now chosen to take down the page at MY request. The broker himself has therefore not chosen to act on taking down this inactive offer but continues to use it as a "channel in" for his customers, even though they then choose not to respect the offer. Why would they have a "campaign" on an oral valuation, something that all brokerage firms offer for free? A rogue broker who does not keep what they promise either verbally or in writing. They market themselves together with SEB where SEB's customers would receive a free written valuation. The broker claims during an initial conversation that he did not know about the offer but still agrees to carry out the assignment because it is listed on SEB's website. In an email 3 days later, the broker instead returns and claims that the offer is no longer valid (despite the fact that nothing on the website indicates that there was a time limit). The broker refuses to meet with me as a client, claiming that I have to pay SEK 4,000 for a written valuation.
