She flatly refused to assist, citing a phantom policy that the Swedish Transport Agency summarily rejects anyone with a 'medical history,' a category I do not even inhabit. The tragicomedy reached its zenith when, having already denied me the very service I requested, she began an invasive interrogation into my health records. It was a staggering display of irony: she was far too 'principled' to check my sight, yet possessed an insatiable curiosity regarding my medical records. Truly, it was a masterclass in bureaucratic gaslighting—being interrogated by the same optician who had just dismissed me as a recurring customer.
