It was everything and much more than I had hoped for: cozy cabin charm with great conversations around the fire, fantastic Northern Lights, reindeer up close, wonderful water and snow landscapes including a truly interesting snowshoe hike where Alex shared his extensive knowledge with us, and the exhilarating snowmobile ride – even at night – was a blast. The husky sled ride was wonderful, and the delicious food Alex conjured up was simply fantastic. Alex as a guide was unbeatable. The accommodation was great, and the family atmosphere was perfect, as were the two fun-loving roommates. A fantastic week, with many beautiful photos, experiences, and encounters, is sadly over, but thanks to Alex, it will become a wonderful memory, and I hope to see him again...because I'd still love to see that moose in person 😅.
