Incredibly disappointed. Never buy anything from this store. The employee adjusted the watch to my wrist without informing me that the right to open purchase and exchange does NOT apply if the watch is adjusted. The staff refers to "it says on the receipt" a receipt that I received AFTER the watch has already been adjusted. Incredibly bad that the store and staff refuse to take responsibility and inform the customer about what applies before adjusting a watch. Will proceed to the Swedish Consumer Agency.
