Hello everyone! I just want to share my experience so that others may have similar experiences. We hired Bistro Mejeri for the food and rental of china. At the beginning of the wedding planning, they responded quickly and clearly. Over time, as our wedding day approached, it became difficult to get a hold of them and almost always received a vague answer. We picked up china a few days before the wedding to be able to set the table at the party venue. Then at the venue (the same day) we noticed that we were given plates instead of the buffet plate stated in the quote. We notified the caterer and they replied that there were no larger plates available in the time frame we had decided. My husband and I decided to buy plates at IKEA and notified the caterer of this. When we returned the china after the wedding, the caterer said that they could buy the IKEA plates from us. After two months of trying to get hold of the caterer, we were told that they would not buy the plates or make a refund. In addition, we were pressured several times to pay the invoice as soon as possible, which also disturbed us on our honeymoon.
