Jag beställde två vattenprover, jag blev lovad två veckor leveranstid. Det tog fem veckor(!?) för dom att leverera ett av två prover. Först och främst så glömde dom att skicka ut allt vi behövde för att göra ta vattenprover, sen så glömde …
I ordered two water samples, I was promised two weeks of delivery. It took five weeks(!?) for them to deliver one of the two samples. First of all, they forgot to send out everything we needed to take the water samples, then they forgot to test the water sample, then after five-six weeks we got the test results, but then it was only for one water sample. I had to contact them myself and say that you only did half the work, as usual they complained... Then I demanded to cancel the service, I had to contact their manager on my own and fight for my right to cancel the purchase, terrible experience. As the icing on the cake, now I have also received an invoice that has apparently been collected by their subcontractor, how on earth did this happen? Stay away from this unscrupulous company.
