Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and a complete lack of care for their passengers. Lost my phone on their bus from Östersund to Björnen in the early morning of the first day of our skiing trip with my wife and 2-year-old daughter, and despite repeated pleas for them to simply check the exact seat I left the phone at, they refused to help, and even verbally harrassed my wife on the phone, when we called to ask them if they had found it. Thanks to their laziness, I was left without a phone to call for help, when my mother-in-law broke her leg skiing. I had to navigate down the mountain in near zero-visibility fog to get her help.
