Absolutely do not recommend to anyone! My fiancé proposed to me with a ring from LWL Jewelry. When we then decided to go our separate ways, we valued the ring at another jeweler and it turned out that none of the diamonds matched the certificate and what he had paid for. Neither in size, color nor clarity (many notches worse on the scale than what he had paid for). As soon as we walked in with the certificate, they said "oh no, these certificates are known to be incorrect". When we then turned to LWL and the owner to question this and were seen at a meeting where we were met, we were told "oh you must have received the wrong ring from the start". She asked us to wait 10 days while she would send the ring back to Israel (?) to find out more. Over 1.5 months went by without any feedback and we had to start chasing her for answers regarding what they could do to compensate us for this. So we asked to be allowed to complain about the entire ring since we did not receive the right product from the start. What they can then offer is a 3rd part of the total amount refunded and mean that "if you had come 3 months earlier (before 3 years had passed since the purchase) you could have complained about the whole thing". Perhaps this is certainly true according to the Consumer Purchase Act (not sure and will definitely check this more carefully) but I can't help but think that it is handled badly. Partly because we received the completely wrong product when it comes to something so valuable and important and partly because the customer has to chase the company in a matter like this. As I said; Absolutely no one recommends it!
