My wife called to book an appointment here after a hiatus and was met with extremely rude comments and unpleasant tone (She was removed from the lists for a second time with no reason given). Reception acted like they were confused by what she was saying as if she was an idiot. Completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Ended up feeling scolded after getting off the phone, and even worried about attending the appointment due to how terrible the call was. Completely disrespected. Could not recommend this place less, find a different dentist that will actually give you basic human respect
