I mostly visit this course for the driving range, but unfortunately, it often leaves me disappointed. (The course is nice, I have to say) The biggest recurring problem is that balls frequently run out — and you don’t realize it until after you’ve already paid. If this happens, the reception is often closed, and even if it’s open, it’s quite a long walk back. Parking is another headache. Spaces are limited, and several times I’ve had to turn around and leave because there was nowhere to park. There’s a parking lot right next to the driving range, but instead of being used, it’s currently filled with gravel and miscellaneous storage. If they cleared it, it would solve much of the parking problem and also reduce the long walk to the range. On one occasion, I arrived to find staff manually collecting balls from the range. A man told me I couldn’t hit balls until they were done — unless I wanted to work for two hours gathering balls myself, in exchange for a bucket (worth 90 kr). Some people agreed to this, but to me it felt unreasonable. The range itself is short and narrow, meaning many balls end up in the woods and are never recovered, which is likely part of why there are so few balls available in the first place. Simply expanding the range could solve a lot of this — though perhaps there are municipal restrictions. The facilities also feel a bit run down. Once, I planned to have lunch there afterward, but the only option was falukorv and macaroni for 140 kr — not exactly an inspiring meal for the price. In short, the driving range has potential, but between frequent ball shortages, limited parking, outdated facilities, and uninspiring food, it’s hard to recommend without improvements.

Bra hamburgare och trevlig personal. Tillbehör drar ner betyget. Pommes frites är ostgratinerade (prästost/herrgård?), behållaren är liten, och de kostar 60kr.
Hälften av stigen följer E6:an. Hälften är fin. Jag gissar att vägen byggdes efter stigen. Oavsett borde kommunen lägga om den natursköna stigen, eftersom hälften bara är att gå på en grusväg bredvid vägen.
Half of the path follows the E6 highway. Half of the path is nice. My guess is that the highway was built after the path. Regardless, the municipality should reroute the scenic path, since half of it is just walking on a gravel road next to the highway.
Bokat bord för sällskap om 10, kl 12.00. På plats kl 12.00, dörrarna öppna men ingen som arbetade där på plats. Restaurangen fylldes långsamt av gäster. Fortfarande ingen personal. Kl 12.25 lämnade vi restaurangen.
Måltid i samband med besök. Fisksoppa, smörgås och barnpasta. Fisksoppan var god, och mackan var OK. Dessvärre var Bolognese sönderkokad i småbitar, utan att den var överkokt, vilket får mig att tro att den blivit återuppvärmd flera gånger. …

Oj vad tråkigt att höra Mattias. Vid tidpunkten använde vi endast glutenfri pasta och eftersom den inte innehåller något bindemedel faller den lätt sönder. Vi har insett problemet med glutenfri pasta och har därför numera vanlig!
Meal in connection with a visit. Fish soup, sandwich and children's pasta. The fish soup was good, and the sandwich was OK. Unfortunately, the Bolognese was broken into small pieces, without being overcooked, which makes me think that it had been reheated several times. "Sauce" is a strong word because it mostly consisted of untouched minced meat. Both children refused to eat and I understand why, I couldn't eat it either.
Inledningsvis hög ambition med bra burgare och strips. Personligen hade jag förhoppningar om en fin uteplats, där man kunde äta god mat i vårsolen, kanske en utbyggnad och renovering av inre ytskikt? …
