Visited today, and was very sad to see that they had a young ball python with a serious case of mites still in the store and not having it in quarantine and treating the snake. Also keeping the snake with mites with a second ball python so basically it means they both are infected with mites. Told the staff about it and they knew of the mites. If so they know about the issue why is the snake still for sale and not in quarantine getting treatment. Mites can kill a snake especially a young one. Had to go home and sanitize me and my clothes as I held the snake when I noticed the mites. Having snakes at home this is a big risk I didn’t know I took. Please dear staff, do better and don’t sell animals who are currently sick, treat them and have them quarantined away from the rest of the collection because mites spread like wildfires.
