My subscription ended in January 2026. One year before that, I contacted Tre and informed them that I would switch to Telenor once my contract expired. I also asked if they had any better offer. In January, my Tre subscription ended and my number was transferred to Telenor. I did not use Tre’s services at all after the contract expired. Despite this, Tre sent me an invoice in February for a service I did not use. When I contacted customer service, they told me I needed to call again one month before the contract ended. However, I had already informed them in advance, and the subscription ended as scheduled. Charging a customer for a service that was not used is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, my experience with Svenkskraft has been extremely disappointing. I was previously using Trygg Energy for electricity services when I was contacted by Svenkskraft, offering me a better deal if I switched to their service. They assured me that there would be no issues during the transition and that I did not need to contact Trygg Energy myself. However, without my consent, they obtained my personal information from a company I was not actively using (Godel) and transferred my account to their service. This caused a breach of my agreement with Trygg Energy, resulting in a 1200 SEK penalty which I was forced to pay. Although Svenkskraft admitted their mistake, they refused to reimburse me for the penalty. Their negligence has caused unnecessary stress and financial loss, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.
