Booked for 2 appointments at the same time but apparently they were booked ** one after the other. This was not communicated to us before or during the appointment, until it was too late and one of us had to leave after waiting for over an hour. During that time other people had come in and were served without appointments. Got a regular manicure and for some reason my natural nails were sanded and now are very rough. Nail polish only lasted about 2 days and both manicure and pedicure had no massage with them. The staff were friendly and we tried to communicate but I understand there was a language barrier but we spoke via Google translate and again, there was nothing being done about our other appointment and the quality of the service was not the best.
