Snåla och äckliga anställda som inte välkomna gäster. Jag har just sett ett antal grupper besöka er flera gånger. Ska du särskilja på folk sådär? Om ni inte välkomna gäster då måste ni sätta upp en skylt som anger det.

BOUGHT A MAKEUP PRODUCT IN GOOD FAITH – BUT WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! Bought a makeup product in good faith. Unfortunately, I got the wrong product, so I went back with the receipt to return it (had already ordered the right product online because I realized the mistake in the evening when the store was closed). Turned out the product was already used (!!!!!), it was not sealed, without a sleeve (!!!!) (this brand always sells its products with a sleeve inside the original packaging), and without a manual (which should always come with it!!!). SO MANY RED FLAGS!!! Despite all this (I also had the RECEIPT with me!!), they refused to give me a refund or exchange for another product. I am absolutely furious! I don’t want to single anyone out or accuse the staff of pressing the pump themselves to make it look used, but the more I think about it, the more suspicious I become. So, WHAT??!! I bought the product believing it was – and SHOULD be – BRAND NEW, but left the store hugely disappointed, sad and over 600 kronor poorer – completely unnecessarily! I don't know about other employees or other KICKS stores, but as a customer: be careful!!!
