We booked a double room with private bathroom, and confirmed three times by email. However, we ended up being in a dormitory with shared bathroom. Moreover, the dormitory served as a corridor for another dormitory. Nobody informed us about this change, and we don’t have any car to go somewhere else as we came with friends. Very unprofessional. Of course, the hotel is fully booked.
