Disaster!... I still haven't received all my things. I have contact with the consumer advice service and other authorities and agencies. When the consumer advice service sent them an email, they claimed that the things I am missing were not in the apartment. And now they are considering reporting me to the police for fraud. But the thing is that I have photos and video recordings from my apartment before I left it. So I will report them to the police instead. When they were supposed to deliver my household goods, they brought someone else's things. I said those are not mine, in response I was told that they were in my storage (they store my household goods with them). They took the things back. When I started unpacking, suddenly in 2 boxes my things were on top and someone else's things were on the bottom. They said they would pick this up, but I still have the things here. Of course, I have sought out the person whose things I have.
