Drops off expensive and dangerous goods without a signature or announcing that they have left. Drops off packages when I say that everything is fine even though no one is home (despite the requirement to leave, which I appreciate) But when they say that they have been there and have not delivered even though I have been home all day and must have the package. I drive 2 hours the next day to pick up the package from the company (so not my name) and call before. I have BankID and recent photos on my driver's license and several different ways to identify myself besides a physical driver's license, they refuse to release a package that is clearly for me.
