I've had my tires there for 2 years now, it's obvious they have a lot to do but I see that as a good thing since they don't have time for drop-ins in general. Incredibly flexible, good prices and extremely good customer service! I got there at 3pm today and the owner took my car key, drove the car in, picked up my freshly washed summer tires (yes, they were still wet), and changed them while my 10 year old daughter and I sat in comfortable "armchairs" and waited. I've now ordered new summer tires as mine were worn out so he warned me already that it would take about 1.5 hours as the new ones will go on the old rims but that it was perfectly fine to either wait with a coffee or go for a walk in the meantime, so you'll know even before you book the appointment how long it will take, I think that's great! Looking forward to a long-term collaboration!
