Turn around! If you don't like spending time on hassle with systems, sitting with support, or paying expensive money, then it's the right system! But if you want a nice life, get something else. If you've still got there, then it's kind of impossible to get hold of anyone to cancel the contract, because you'll want to do it! The head-in-the-sand mentality is palpable! So my tip is to not even contact them. You'll be disappointed! But they'll promise you a fantastic system that can do everything, and be cheap. But the fact is that it will be expensive and it's an outdated system in the background, the platform is old and outdated which means you can't get the integrations you want with other systems.
