My experience with Welins Fastighetsservice has been very negative. Despite the fact that we clearly requested professional staff, the work that began in March 2025 was grossly substandard and still only about 40% complete when we were forced to pause the project in September due to errors and a completely unrealistic schedule (it was supposed to be finished by the summer). The work was so substandard that we were forced to tear down large parts and have another company redo everything correctly, something that several respectable construction companies confirmed after inspecting the results and concluding that it was carried out by amateurs who lacked knowledge of how to manage and manage a construction project. An independent inspector we hired also confirmed our concerns; both the execution and the time taken were beyond criticism, and his estimate of approximately 344 hours stood in stark contrast to Welins' attempt to deceive us and invoice us for 672 hours. Several construction companies reacted strongly to the unreasonable billing and stated that the work was carried out incorrectly and at an amateur level. We also learned that the person responsible for the entire renovation lacked professional qualifications, something the owner Daniel deliberately withheld. Communication and taking responsibility were completely absent, Daniel was difficult to reach and focused primarily on payment despite all the shortcomings identified. Without our own inspector, we would have risked being completely ripped off both financially and in terms of quality. I therefore cannot recommend the company under any circumstances; they should stick to simpler tasks such as cutting hedges, since construction and renovation work is clearly not something they can handle. Now that we have gotten rid of them, the project can finally continue with real professionals and not bums and amateurs like Welins has proven to be.
