There was never any finalized agreement. No services were delivered. No contractual relationship was established. Despite this, I began receiving reminders that included warnings about penalties for “late payment.” Within just two weeks, a second invoice arrived — now with added fees. Issuing invoices without a clear, mutually agreed contract and then escalating with penalties creates serious concerns about business ethics and transparency. If you are contacted by this company, make absolutely sure that everything is documented, formally agreed upon in writing, and legally binding before you proceed. Otherwise, you may find yourself dealing with invoices for services you never approved.
