I was impressed at first, wow doctor who listens and PROMISES that we will get to the bottom of my long-term pain problem. But unfortunately not, the second visit after coming there with severe pain and a rash around my eyes where I have scratched myself copiously, the doctor talks about contact with skin. I question this as I have severe pain problems and have also lost hair but no. He explains that "we can't help you further, we have to treat the symptoms, not the cause". Gets mad at me when I try to think things through and gets sad, he also prescribes a medicine that he claims has NO side effects and will send me to a skin appointment. He refuses to send me to a pain center, I question the medicine as I have another medicine if these can be combined, the answer is no problem. However, I am worried because he was rude and acted unprofessionally, I bring up the medicine when I get home and if you mix these two medicines you have to keep an eye on the ECG and you are not allowed to take the medicine with high blood pressure which I have. If you are not careful you can have a heart problem, he has prescribed this medicine to me without checking my medical record or telling me this and he claimed that there are "no side effects". Weeks go by and I get no feedback, I go to the optician with my problems who sends a referral to the eye doctor as my EYES have been affected by the rash I have around my eyes which the doctor denied me. It also turns out that he has not sent a referral to the HUD but it has been forgotten... here I am with such problems that I am going crazy and have big bad wounds and the referral is forgotten... no incredibly disappointed in family doctors and you should bring in another doctor who listens to his patients and stops painting his own story when you try to talk to him.
