I had a very bad experience with your company that repaired my moped. First of all, it took them much longer than they promised to repair my moped. I had to call them several times to remind them of my request, but they were never clear on when my moped would be ready. When I finally got my moped back, I was disappointed with the quality of the repair. The moped was still having engine problems and it was clear that the repair had not been done properly. In addition, my new spare parts that I had paid for were not installed correctly and needed to be replaced again. I was also unhappy with the customer service. The staff were rude and unfriendly when I tried to raise my concerns with them. They were not willing to listen to my complaints or help me resolve the issue satisfactorily. Overall, my experience with this company was very bad. I would not recommend them to anyone who needs repairs on their moped.
