Avoid this dentist. They fixed a tooth that only had a small hole – but they only filled half of the tooth and sent me home straight away. That same day I started having tingling sensations, even though I had never had any problems before. I contacted the office again and was able to see another dentist, who said everything looked fine. She ground the filling down a bit and said it might be too high. Then she said my gums looked inflamed and that the tingling might be due to that. She did a cleaning and asked me to wait a few weeks to see if the discomfort went away. After four weeks the problems had not improved – they had gotten worse. When I called back I was not taken seriously. The receptionist compared my discomfort to her own and said that “tingling is common”, which felt like gaslighting. I clearly felt something was wrong from the start, but no one listened to me. Finally I switched to Bäckby dental clinic, and there they immediately discovered that half of the filling was missing from the tooth! I am very disappointed in the way I was treated – both by the dentist and the staff. I experienced them as ignorant and unwilling to take responsibility. I strongly recommend that you avoid this clinic.
