I have had several problems with this rental company and am very dissatisfied with how they have handled the situations. At one point I was without a toilet for over 18 hours, despite contact with their emergency service who was reportedly available during emergency hours. Several things in the property have been broken (e.g. gate that was always locked without the possibility for postmen to deliver mail, broken window pane in the stairwell, broken drying cabinet and washing machine), but the problems have not been resolved satisfactorily. Rent increases have occurred every year, which I found to be very burdensome. Overall, I have experienced both a lack of service and high costs, would not recommend anyone to rent from there no matter how desperate you are.
