Enet is a wonderful nature reserve with fantastic swimming. The large "whale" creates a kind of protected lagoon from the waves of the sea. There is a soft sandy bottom on soft rocks. The depth is about 1.5m at its deepest. If you walk carefully to the right of the whale, you can dive in. The bottom is shallow, smooth rocks covered with slippery algae, under the algae grow mussels that become sharp for your feet when you walk there. Swimming shoes help. To the left of "Valen" it soon becomes shallow, you can swim carefully out, after a couple of three or four meters it becomes deep. There are often small fish and starfish in the deeper layer. Even further to the right towards Steninge you can also walk in but it is advisable to wear swimming shoes because the rocks become slippery when they are wet. On the other side of the Coastal Road there is a sign about cultivation, to build a stone fence farm to expand the cultivation area. Continue on the path up the hill and you will come to a Bronze Age site. Imagine 3500 years ago, the sea rose much higher (land uplift) and the hill you are standing on was a cape or even an island? What a good place to defend yourself against any enemies approaching from the sea. Like all Swedish nature reserves, entry is free but you are not allowed to spoil the nature, pick up stones etc. and do not litter. Leave the area exactly as you want it to look when you arrive.
Good practice course for beginners. Slightly longer holes and open field. Very well organized with signage etc. UDisk has several game options.
Very nice course, well maintained, fun holes, well signposted and little rubbish
Stopped in while cycling on the road. A fantastic view of the lake and the old little pine tree on the rock. Did NOT visit Viktor's shop!
Interesting BUT I was looking for the runestone without finding it
Fantastically beautiful wooden church well worth a visit. A plus is that the WC is open for water refills etc. during long cycling training
Nice church but also nice that the WC is open for water refills etc. during long cycling training
Very nice shop with a nice display of bicycles and other goodies. Good selection of clothes and accessories.
Watched Gravel Grit n Grind. Why doesn't such a big competition get more attention in Sweden?
Nice church and cemetery but why are there no signs showing which part of the cemetery the graves are in? If there had been, I would have probably found my great-grandfather's and great-grandmother's graves
