Apoteket Globen has terrible and unprofessional staff. The problem is that I placed an order online and paid with Swish as a payment method. I called customer service to cancel my order, and they connected me to the pharmacy. The staff got the PIN code for my order and then they made a return on all products. However, they said that I had to come to the pharmacy to collect my money in cash, but I paid via Swish. I shouldn't have to collect my money in cash - you can solve it in some other way. Even when I explained that I was going abroad tomorrow, they replied that my relatives could collect the money at the pharmacy. In the end, the staff hung up while I was talking to them.
