I am giving this assessment retrospectively, after sufficient time has passed to be able to evaluate the inserts that were made for me at this clinic. I visited the clinic with two pairs of inserts from another clinic that I had used before. After examination, the therapist explained that the inserts needed to be tight around the ankle to stabilize the foot, and based on this assessment, new inserts were made. When used according to the instructions, it turned out that pressure around the ankle caused severe pain. The inserts did not provide any therapeutic improvement, but rather worsened the symptoms. Despite the high cost of the inserts, I did not receive any actual benefit. My experience is that I paid for inserts that were ineffective and that they were not adapted to my condition.

I visited the clinic due to long-term pain in my heels. I brought five different types of insoles and clearly explained that I do not tolerate hard or tight insoles, as they aggravate my symptoms. Despite this, insoles were manufactured that were very similar in hardness and fit to previous insoles. I used the insoles according to the instructions given. Unfortunately, I did not experience any improvement, but rather a worsening of the symptoms. According to previous email correspondence, I was subsequently informed that the insoles did not help me and that nothing more could be done, with the recommendation to seek further treatment from an orthopedist. My experience is that I paid for a procedure with no therapeutic effect and that my symptoms did not improve.
