While waiting for their call, the phone rings so quickly that I can't answer and have to call again and wait. Ultimately, I received no real support to help my daughter find out the cause. I requested an appointment for allergy testing, but the employee told me that this is done by the doctor and we cannot request it ourselves. It was very disappointing. My daughter was transferred to another clinic for better care. We hope for the best.
